For Valuable consideration, I hereby give Nancy Boehm permission to use my pictures and/or videos and I authorize the use and reproduction of them by you or anyone authorized by you. This includes any and all photographs which you have this day taken of me, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me. All digital image files together with the prints shall constitute your sole property.

Additionally, images may also be entered into national print competitions, professional awards and for publication in printed & digital online magazines where the identity of the photographer and the subject of the photograph may be stated.
