
When do I have to pay my session fee?
Provisional bookings can only be held for 24 hours. To confirm your appoint the full session fee is payable your session time and date is then confirmed and reserved.
Can I have my Session Fee/Deposit back?
Once your session date and time is confirmed we will begin planning your session and go ahead and book your hair and makeup and any other services required. Session fees are therefore non refundable. however, we will always do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule sessions providing we have a minimum of 30 days notice. New dates are subject to availability and must be taken within 6 months of the original scheduled date.
Prices may be subject to change and any price increases will apply to the new session date.
I've changed my mind can I cancel my order?
Full payment is required for all orders at the time they are placed and will be proceed immediately following payment. All orders for digital Image orders, prints and products are final and non refundable.
